The Athletic Department of Oliver Ames High School is conducting physicals for all fall sports on the dates below.

• Thursday, August 14th at 6:00 p.m. in the Nurse's office at the High School
• Saturday, August 16th at 8:00 a.m. in the Nurse's office at the High School

Dr. Michael Dern will be performing the physicals. Please enter by the front doors of the main office. The cost to all Oliver Ames athletes is $15. Checks made out to Dr. Michael Dern.

The Oliver Ames Athletic Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for consideration of induction into the Hall. Nominees may include athletes, coaches, teams and citizens. Nomination forms are available in the high school main office or the office of the athletic director at OAHS as well as in the superintendent's office at 50 Oliver Street. Nomination forms can be submitted to the committee at any time by anyone. However, the individual nominating the candidate is responsible for submitting the documentation regarding the nominee's accomplishments and/or contributions. Nominations for this year must be submitted by Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Forms may be mailed to: Oliver Ames Athletic Hall of Fame, P.O. Box 968, Easton MA 02334.

The Oliver Ames High School Athletic Hall of Fame committee is seeking two (2) OAHS graduates to serve on its committee for three (3) years. Applicants who have athletic backgrounds in high school, college, semi-professional or professional sports are preferred. Resumes should be submitted to the Oliver Ames Athletic Hall of Fame Committee, P.O. Box 968, Easton MA 02334. All information must be received by Friday, March 14th.
